FlexiMate WindGrip is a full-electric wipe-on print & apply system designed for accurate labeling on moving products with variable heights, even in environments where compressed air is not available.
Built around a fully electric applicator, WindGrip ensures precise control of speed, acceleration, and stroke positioning. The wipe-on pad, equipped with an integrated fan, holds the label securely and applies it with a controlled contact, guaranteeing wrinkle-free placement and consistent readability.
Thanks to programmable and variable stroke options — enabled by proximity or laser measurement sensors — WindGrip automatically adapts to products of different heights within the same production flow, optimizing application time and improving overall efficiency.
As part of the FlexiMate modular platform, WindGrip can be configured with different strokes, pad sizes, sensors, and integration options, making it suitable for a wide range of applications across industries such as logistics, e-commerce, manufacturing, and beyond.
